Abstract:

This project will explore how cognitive biases, such as overconfidence, loss aversion, and anchoring, influence investor decisions and corporate finance strategies. It will also examine how emotional factors like fear and greed affect investor behavior, particularly during market volatility or economic downturns. The study will investigate how companies can adapt to these psychological tendencies to improve decision-making processes and financial outcomes.
