Title: How Does Artificial Intelligence Affect Consumer BehaviorAuthor: Samantha MartinhoAbstract:Artificial Intelligence is a growing database for all types of information. Artificial Intelligence can help companies get a competitive advantage through their marketing department and many other departments. The eCommerce environment will be greatly expanded through the use of AI bots, which can affect the average consumer daily. Data will be collected from primary sources through a survey and second sources such as google scholar. We will then analyze the process using Artificial Intelligence and consumer behavior discussed in our course (Levy, M., Weitz, B. A., & Grewal, D.) and recommend solutions to improve the process effectiveness and efficiency through the use of AI. The thesis we have created is that the impact of Artificial Intelligence can increase consumer behavior and influence consumers to purchase products much more quickly than in the past.
