Abstract:

The research will focus on showcasing our new hotel brand called The Iris Hotel. Our hotel is a classic family style hotel that is going to be situated in Pennsylvania in the United States. This hotel is perfect for vacations. It makes you feel like a second home. It is pet friendly and inclusive for many different types of families. The area around the hotel is quiet and surrounded by nature, so there is a peaceful relaxing vibe. It is very accessible with its transportation as it is near the airport and has trains and buses that make stops at the hotel. The hotel has an old fashioned style with its interior and old fashioned services. Our hotel stands out due to the warm welcome you feel when you come into the hotel by our staff and the magical nature style of the hotel. The situation analysis will focus on our major competitors in the hotel industry which include several classic family hotels such as Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is a family based hotel however it is usually placed in a loud environment like a city. The research will include PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, segmentations, targeting, and positioning.
