Abstract:

Hyatt, a provider of top-tier hospitality, aims to provide its consumers with exceptional service. Ranging in categories that focus on luxury to family, we cater to characteristics of services to provide individualistic-based hospitality. Yet, in the US, a certain gap has come to the forefront. Do services exist whose sole focus is fostering a sense of community? After thorough research using SWOT analysis, we discovered certain weaknesses in the Hyatt empire. By analyzing the economic stance of the US population, we discovered that there is a lack of affordable options that also provide socialization opportunities. With a keen analysis of gaps in the resort market, Hyatt Adventure aims to cater to pet friendly travelers and individuals young and old, seeking memorable and affordable experiences. By prioritizing these areas, Hyatt Adventure is committed to creating a welcoming environment to celebrate the unique needs of all its guests. Whether you are traveling with a furry companion or looking for a space to connect with peers, this brand promises to redefine comfort and accessibility in the hospitality industry.
