Abstract:
This research project investigates the development and business positioning of "In The Zzzone," a capsule sleep station near Kean University. With affordable rates starting at $35 for a 3-hour stay, this unique concept targets college students, commuters, and anybody looking for a convenient and peaceful location to relax or study for a short period. The project conducts extensive market research to determine the viability and potential success of "In The Zzzone" using techniques such as PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological) analysis, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, evaluations of competitive positions and others. The study emphasizes the strategic brand positioning of "In The Zzzone," emphasizing its creative approach and ability to revolutionize relaxation and comfort in an urban setting. The research conducted will contribute to several factors of the creation of the hotel’s concept, such as pricing, location, and services offered, in order to create the best possible experience for the target market.
