Abstract:
In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, small businesses might face significant challenges in integrating new technologies. These obstacles hinder growth and prevent businesses from fully utilizing technology within their operations. The key question we seek to answer through our research is: What challenges do small businesses face during digital transformation?The objective is to identify the primary factors that impede small businesses from effectively managing their operations. Our goal is to uncover solutions that enable these businesses to thrive without being overwhelmed by the complexities of new technologies and software.To gather insights, we’ve developed a research methods that includes distribution of surveys for small businesses to identify their struggles if any with digital technologies.Our research aims to uncover the common difficulties that businesses encounter during this process. By analyzing the results, we will identify recurring issues that need to be addressed. This study is unique in that it combines personal stories and surveys, with a particular focus on smaller businesses. Our findings will contribute to existing knowledge by filling gaps regarding the impact of digital transformation on small businesses. Ultimately, this research could offer valuable solutions to help small businesses navigate the digital landscape more effectively.
