Abstract:

The goal of this research is to investigate the advantages that students with disabilities gain from participating in world language classes. It seeks to assess Teachers' Perceptions of the Benefits of Immersing Students with Disabilities in World Language Classrooms. According to the Individual with Disabilities Education Act, is a federal law guaranteeing students with disabilities in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE), which means they will be learning alongside their non-disabled peers as much as possible. The significance of this study is to research teachers' perceptions of the benefits of immersing students with disabilities in world language classrooms. After analyzing the data, the researcher aims to identify the value of foreign language immersion for students with learning disabilities and to be successful in the school setting. The first objective of this research study is to find Teachers' Perceptions of the Benefits of Immersing Students with Disabilities in World Language Classrooms. The second objective of this study is to find out if educators are receiving the proper training to correctly assist students with disabilities in their classrooms.
